Why we build MERP

We run a service business ourselves. Like most service owners, we spent years moving the same client between a CRM, a quoting tool, a project tracker, an invoicing app and an accounting package. Every handoff lost information and every month ended with reconciliation.

MERP is the ERP we wanted: one system where a lead becomes a quote, the quote becomes a project, time and costs become an invoice, and the payment lands in the ledger, all on the same record. It is general by design. Any business that sells a service can use it, from a two-person consultancy to a field service company with a warehouse.

We serve customers in the United States first and businesses worldwide. Prices are listed in US dollars and you can bill your own clients in any currency.
