This policy explains how MERP handles personal data on this website and in the MERP service.

What we collect

• Account details: name, work email, company and the workspace you create.
• Messages you send us: contact and demo forms, including the optional phone number and message.
• Website analytics: pages viewed, the referring site, campaign tags and button clicks, linked to a random visitor id. We never record what you type into forms.
• Workspace data: the business records you enter. We process this on your behalf as described in the data processing addendum.

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, reply to you, understand which pages help people decide, and improve MERP. We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Analytics choices

Our analytics are first-party. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we do not set an analytics cookie. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked before the cookie is set.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active, and delete or anonymize it after closure unless the law requires us to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to processing. Email [email protected].
