All prices are in USD. You can invoice your own clients in any currency.
Prices exclude sales tax, VAT or GST where applicable.
Your invoices can charge US sales tax, VAT or GST/PST, with rates you set per client and per item.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial. No credit card is needed to start.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can change plan or billing cycle at any time from your workspace billing page. Annual billing costs less per month.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are listed in USD and exclude sales tax, VAT or GST, which are added at checkout where applicable.
How are users counted?
Each plan includes a number of users. You can add more users for a per-user price up to the plan limit. Your clients using the customer portal do not count as users.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can export your data at any time.
